👋 Hi, my name is Jonathan Pak.
**18 kilos.**
That’s about three pants sizes, but for me, it’s mostly the weight I lost before becoming a coach and let me be honest with you:
I felt incredibly uncomfortable in my own skin with those extra kilos. I didn’t like my body, I was ashamed of my rolls, and I had a hard time accepting myself. I wore thick, baggy clothes, pretending it was for comfort, but in reality, it was to hide my fat. If I had to go to the pool or the beach, I’d think twice. And once I got there, I kept my t-shirt on as long as possible.
The moment I was shirtless, I’d cover myself with a towel.
Today, I’m a registered dietitian-nutritionist, a coach specializing in eating behaviors, a nutrition consultant, and even a trainer for future nutrition coaches and healthcare professionals.
